Lack of Rain

A once picturesque location looking out over Springfield Lake at the Churchville Nature Center in Northampton is disrupted by the receding water levels in the lake which has not seen significant rainfall in 18 days. Forecasters do see a chance of rain later this weekend as the remnants of Tropical Storm Hermine reach the area. (Tom Sofield)
