Possible Flooding Rain (Live Blog)

11:36 p.m.: The brunt of the storm has avoided the area. No major flooding is expected.

7:38 p.m.: The Neshaminy Creek which borders Lower Southampton is expected to over flow its banks.

Intellegencer report Rich Pietras (@Rich_Pietras) is reporting 800 people without power in Hatboro after incident on Moreland Ave.

7:16 p.m.: The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning until 4 a.m. tomorrow morning.

According to PhillyWeather.net rain is expected to be heaviest in our area between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m.
