Domingo Lopez Negron, 58, Friday morning, was ordered to face trial on charges of murder in Warminster District Court, reported PhillyBurbs.com.

Joseph Kwiatkowski, 54, died in 2009 from complications stemming from a Warminster shooting that occurred in 1973, according to court records.

Today in court Bucks County forensic pathologist Dr. Ian Hood told District Judge Daniel Finello that he concurred with the findings of the Florida medical examiner that ruled Kwiatkowski’s death a murder, Phillyburbs.com reported.

Kwiatkowski was 18-years-old when he was shot during a brawl in the Warminster Heights section of the township.

The shooting left Kwiatkowski paralyzed from the chest down.

Negron was convicted of the shooting Kwiatkowski and served just more than a year in Bucks County Prison in the 1970’s.

Negron’s attorney, Craig Penglase, talked to the media last week about the charges against his client.
