Warminster police have told BuxMontNews.com, they have arrested Hakeem Lee, 22, of the 700 block of North 40th Street in Philadelphia, in connection with the sexual assault of a minor.

Lee turned himself at Warminster police headquarters minutes before noon, Wednesday, according to police Lieutenant James Donnelly.

The sexual assault reportedly happened in the ‘A’ building of the Bucks Landing Apartments on February 3, 2011, stated Donnelly.

Lee is being charged with  aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 16, unlawful restraint, statutory sexual assault and three other related charges, according to court documents.

At his arraignment this afternoon District Justice Daniel Finello, Jr., set bail at $5,000,000.00 or 10% with conditions to have no contact with the victim and stay awayfrom several locations in Warminster, said police.

Lee could not provide bail and was send to the Bucks County Correctional facility, according to a release sent out by Warminster police.
