High Winds Expected Tonight and Tomorrow

A high wind watch has been issued for the area, for late tonight into tomorrow evening according to the, National Weather Service (NWS).

The NWS reports, winds will be between 20 and 35 mph and could gust up to 60 mph.

The strongest winds are expected to hit the area tomorrow between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., according to the NWS forecast.

High profile vehicles such as SUV’s and box trucks could be diffcult to drive due to the high winds, according to the NWS.

The NWS also warns of possible power outages and downed trees limbs.
