Lower Southampton Police were called last night by a local resident who reported that three men were beating another and trying to shove him into the of their small black car off of Bustleton Pike.

Police say that shortly after 10 p.m. a patrol officer found the small black car parked in front of AA Computers on Bustleton Pike with four males.

The officer made contact with one of the men who was outside the car and had fresh blood on his hand and shirt and advised the others to stay where they were until other police units arrived. The other officers arrived and tried to sort out the mess with the men who spoke only broken English and were believed to be intoxicated.

The men Bahtiyor Yuldashev, 33, Sadullo Ahmedvo, 33, Umidjon Ismailov, 35, Alisher Khuseynov, 33 all of Philadelphia were patted down for weapons by police, none were found.

The men told officers Yuldashev got out of the vehicle on Fifth Street in the township and when the other men tried to help get Yuldashev back in the car it turned into a physical altercation.

The responding officers were told by the men there was no-one in the trunk, so police checked the trunk of the car and found it to be clear.

Police say that the suspects were uncooperative and deceptive and could not tell the officers what had exactly occurred during the altercation.

All four men were told by police they could not drive home and were cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
