Blackout Leaves 771 in Dark

Fire Police in Upper Southampton report that a tree knocked out power for more than 30 minutes to 771 PECO customers Wednesday night after a branch fell onto a power transformer. The blackout affected traffic signals on County Line Road and a small section of Lower Moreland. (Tom Sofield)
